After School Refund Policy

You may cancel your pricing plan or subscription at any time. Once you cancel a pricing plan or subscription, you won't be charged for future subscription fees. Past subscription fees won't be refunded. To cancel you may either log on to your profile and cancel desired pricing plan or subscription or email us at contactwarriorslvd@gmail.com. Summer Camp Refund Policy

In order to receive a full refund you must contact us via email at contactwarriorslvd@gmail.com at least 5 days prior to attending camp. As always, rescheduling of dates is available throughout the summer. The easiest way to complete your rescheduling process is by e-mailing or messaging us to indicate your new desired camp dates. Please understand that last-minute cancellations keep other kids from enjoying our camps and disrupts the cohesiveness of our camp groups. If your child is unable to attend camp, please consider converting all or part of your registration fees into a donation or scholarship to assist families/campers in need. Thank you for your understanding.
